The collab between the brand Dona Mocinha and the artist Rafa Carlesso, rescued and transformed the cultural expression of Frevo in a series of works of art for the Capsule Collection "Carnavibes".

And did you know that Frevo has its origin in the word “fervo”? This popular expression means agitation and movement, as is the carnival of Recife and Olinda.

Besides, the expressions of the Frevo dances have their origin in capoeira, because the practitioners opened the way for the musicians, in the middle of the crowd, with the movements of this sport that appeared in the Quilombo dos Palmares (located in Pernambuco) in the 16th century.
